Village East Gifted coordinates an infant-relief drive to help the littlest victims of superstorm Sandy

There are many Sandy relief efforts across Long Island collecting sorely needed supplies aimed to help families get back up and running.
Village East Gifted (VEG), an after-school enrichment program for gifted and talented students located in Huntington, are running an infant-relief drive to help the littlest victims of superstorm Sandy.
Every year, VEG organizes "community initiative" projects to help its students plan and implement creative ways to help those in need. Now, they're helping babies who may have lost their parents, homes, belongings and any quality of life they once had.
