» Placed second in the International Odyssey of the Mind Competition with the Village East Gifted team
» Academically High Aptitude Program – In-school Enrichment Program (2007-2008)
» Chosen for two successive years for the "All-Day" school art program in the high school exempted from having to take classes
» Successfully completed highest level of classes in Red Cross swim program
» Participation on the senior level of leadership in the district's SIBS program
